Job Summary
The role of the Senior Clinical Research Associate (Sr CRA) involves overseeing clinical trials focused on patients suffering from hypercortisolism. This position requires substantial independence in managing the research process and engagement with various stakeholders in the clinical setting.
Responsibilities
- Independently manage and oversee clinical trial activities.
- Facilitate the recruitment of promising Investigators suited for specific studies.
- Ensure compliance with clinical research protocols and regulatory requirements.

- Monitor study progress and address any challenges throughout the trial phase.
Qualifications
- A relevant degree in a scientific discipline, preferably in nursing or a related field.
- Prior experience of approximately 4 years in clinical research or a similar setting.
- Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory guidelines.
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate leadership in research initiatives.
