Job description
The Phlebotomist’s role involves collecting high-quality blood samples through diverse techniques, while also responding promptly to medical emergencies. In addition, they must uphold precise patient identification standards, manage specimens accurately, and ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction. Candidates should have at least a high school diploma or equivalent and be proficient with computers at a moderate to advanced level. Although prior experience in phlebotomy is advantageous, the position requires physical abilities such as pushing carts and covering distances, along with specific certifications for the Phlebotomist II position.
