Job Summary
The Associate Chief of Clinical Affairs is responsible for directing and harmonizing clinical operations throughout the UPMC network, focusing on inpatient, outpatient, and post-acute care environments specifically tailored for geriatric populations. In this role, you will lead initiatives aimed at innovation, such as the GUIDE Model, as well as manage the Hospital Elder Life Program to enhance patient outcomes significantly.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Must possess an MD or equivalent advanced medical degree.
- Board certification in Geriatric Medicine is required.
- Proven history of clinical excellence and leadership in geriatrics.
