Job Summary
We are seeking a Lead Consultant in Ports and Marine Civil/Structural Engineering to be based in Tampa, Florida. This role will entail collaborating with our National Maritime team to provide expert consultancy services in the areas of port and marine engineering, focusing on construction and inspection of various structures and facilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead projects related to port and marine construction, ensuring design and structural integrity.
- Oversee the inspection of marine structures and direct associated engineering activities.
- Collaborate with clients and team members to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.
- Support the development of project specifications and technical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited program.
- Extensive experience in Ports and Marine Engineering, specifically related to construction and inspection.
- Strong understanding of civil structural principles and design methods.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
