Job Summary
The Surgical Technologist for the Orthopedic and Spine Operating Room in Voorhees, NJ, is responsible for delivering exceptional support during surgical procedures on a per diem basis. This role requires collaborating with Registered Nurses and Physicians to ensure high standards of patient care while maintaining a sterile environment throughout surgical operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining a sterile field during surgeries.
- Support surgical teams by ensuring the availability of necessary instruments and supplies.
- Collaborate effectively with surgical staff to guarantee optimal patient care.
- Participate in preoperative and postoperative tasks as directed.
Qualifications
- Completion of a Surgical Technologist program or equivalent experience.
- Relevant certification as a Surgical Technologist.
- Knowledge of operating room procedures and sterilization methods.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
