Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to become a vital part of our expanding healthcare team in Sulphur, Louisiana. This role focuses on delivering exceptional, patient-centered care to individuals in skilled nursing facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing both acute and chronic health conditions and will also have the authority to prescribe medications and develop treatment plans.
