This role involves aiding healthcare providers in correcting documentation and addressing information requests while upholding patient confidentiality rigorously. Applicants should possess a minimum of one year of relevant experience in medical records and hold a high school diploma or its equivalent. Familiarity with Electronic Health Records software, particularly Epic, is preferred. Additionally, certification as a Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) or Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) is desired.
