This position is based in United, Pennsylvania, and requires onsite presence. The SCRA will play a pivotal role in overseeing site management and monitoring tasks for designated sites within various programs.
Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor clinical trial sites to ensure compliance with study protocols.
- Oversee site initiation, routine monitoring visits, and closeout visits.
- Collaborate with study teams to provide updates and ensure project milestones are met.
- Engage with site staff to facilitate effective communication and support throughout the study.
- Evaluate site performance and implement necessary actions to address issues.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in clinical research, particularly in the biotech industry.
- Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with CNS clinical trials is preferred.
