Job Summary
We are currently looking for a committed and skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to become part of our Family Medicine team based in Greenwood, South Carolina. This onsite role involves focusing on patient treatment plans, medication management, and overall health maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Assess and evaluate patients’ health conditions.
- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
- Manage prescribed medications and monitor patient responses.
- Document patient care and treatment outcomes thoroughly.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care.
Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited Advanced Practice Registered Nurse or Nurse Practitioner program.
- Valid certification and licensure to practice in the state of South Carolina.
- Strong clinical skills with experience in family medicine preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
