Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive outpatient care in a Family Medicine setting.
- Collaborate closely with a team of two physicians to deliver patient-centered services.
- Utilize Athena EMR for managing patient records and treatment plans.
- Engage with patients to assess their health needs and develop effective care strategies.
- Participate in ongoing patient education and follow-up care.
Qualifications
- Must be a certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with relevant licensure.
- Experience in outpatient family medicine is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems, particularly Athena EMR.
