Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Data Engineer with extensive experience in Snowflake, DBT, and SQL. This role is based in Portland, OR, and involves occasional quarterly travel, the expenses for which will be covered by Citius Tech. There are currently three openings for this long-term contract position.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement data architectures within Snowflake.
- Develop and optimize data transformation processes using DBT.
- Utilize SQL for complex query writing and data manipulation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and quality.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare data regulations and standards.
- Perform troubleshooting and optimization of existing data pipelines.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in data engineering or related field.
- Proficient in Snowflake architecture and data warehousing solutions.
- Strong skills in using DBT for data transformation and modeling.
- Advanced SQL querying capabilities.
- Experience in the healthcare industry is highly preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
