Job Summary
We are seeking a Lead Clinical Research Associate for a contract role within our remote team. Our organization, a WBENC-certified Contract Research Organization (CRO), has been a reliable collaborator in the field of clinical research since 1996. The successful candidate will play a vital role in overseeing clinical trial operations and ensuring adherence to protocols and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with site staff, including investigators and coordinators.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and clinical trial sites to facilitate effective communication.
- Monitor the conduct of clinical trials to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and study protocols.
- Provide guidance and support to less experienced team members in their clinical research tasks.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN), Bachelor’s degree, or an advanced degree in a biological or related field.
- Proven experience in clinical research and significant knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
