Job Summary
The Senior Quantitative Analyst role is based in Oakland, California, and requires an onsite work arrangement. This position is part of the Business Operations and Strategy team, focusing on implementing data-driven solutions to inform strategic decision-making processes within the organization.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Machine Learning, Econometrics, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, along with at least 4 years of relevant experience, or
- Master’s degree in a similar field with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Strong expertise in statistical analysis and modeling techniques.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
