Job Summary
The Technical Program Manager will lead significant global data center deployment initiatives, ensuring effective management of schedules, capacity deliverables, and dependencies among various cross-functional partners. This role will focus on advancing strategic business objectives, establishing escalation procedures, and recording lessons learned to enhance deployment effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and facilitate the execution of global data center deployment programs.
- Manage timelines and deliverables associated with capacity and other key metrics.
- Coordinate efforts with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Lead the development and implementation of strategic business objectives.
- Establish and refine escalation processes to address challenges proactively.
- Document and analyze lessons learned to continuously improve program efficiency.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience is required.
- At least two years of experience in program management, specifically within infrastructure projects.
- Preferred: an engineering background.
- Desirable: experience in complex organizational structures or large-scale data center operations.
