Job Summary
The Clinical Research Associate role is located in Woodcliff Lake, New Jersey, and requires onsite presence. This position involves managing daily operations of clinical trials, including the oversight of coordination and ensuring effective communication throughout the trial process. The individual will be responsible for overseeing the training of Contract Research Organizations (CROs) and investigators regarding protocols, regulatory standards, and Client Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), as well as conducting either CRO or onsite monitoring. Experience with in-house roles in large pharmaceutical companies is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage everyday operations of clinical trials.
- Coordinate between various teams involved in clinical trial processes.
- Facilitate training for CROs and investigators on clinical protocols and regulations.
- Ensure adherence to Client SOPs during the trial.
- Perform monitoring duties either on-site or through CROs.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Clinical Research Associate in a large pharmaceutical environment is highly desired.
- Strong understanding of clinical trial management and oversight.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and SOPs.
