Job Summary
The position of Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Internal Medicine Primary Care is located in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. This role is based onsite within a Patient-Centered Medical Home practice, which prioritizes comprehensive care for patients in a supportive environment. Supervision for this position will be provided by an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse or a Physician, ensuring high-quality clinical guidance and delivery of services.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough physical examinations of patients.
- Order and interpret radiological and laboratory tests.
- Utilize various diagnostic tools to assess patient health.
- Collaborate with a healthcare team to coordinate patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Qualifications
- Certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- Active state licensure to practice in South Carolina.
