Job Summary
Sevenson Environmental Services Inc. is seeking a dedicated Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator for our facility located in Portland, Oregon. This position involves onsite work at 7900 NW St. Helens Rd, where you will play a crucial role in the operation and maintenance of wastewater treatment processes. The salary for this position ranges from $28.00 to $38.00 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Monitor the performance of wastewater treatment systems and equipment to ensure effective operation.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on machinery and treatment facilities.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain compliance with environmental regulations.
- Record operational data and report any abnormalities or issues to the management team.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving operational problems as they arise.
Qualifications
- Relevant experience in wastewater treatment operations or a similar field.
