Job Summary
The Production Supervisor I for the weekend shift is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of designated areas within the plant during the hours of Friday to Sunday, from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM. This position involves conducting root cause analysis and implementing continuous improvement processes to enhance production efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily activities in the assigned production areas to ensure efficient operations.
- Conduct root cause analyses to identify issues and implement corrective actions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the plant.
- Monitor production metrics and employee performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all operations.
Qualifications
- Possession of an Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- A minimum of three years of relevant supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
