Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for our Family Medicine department located in Hayward, California. This role will focus on delivering patient-centered, value-based care to a diverse, multilingual community. You will work under the guidance of our Associate Medical Director of Family Medicine and our Chief Medical Officer.
Responsibilities
