The Components Division is looking for a dedicated Production Supervisor for the 1st Shift to enhance our team in Beaver, Pennsylvania. This role requires a strong focus on training, upgrading, and assessing the skills of production operators while promoting a culture of continuous improvement and effective coaching within the operations environment.

- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
