**Job Title: Clinical Laboratory Specialist**
The Clinical Laboratory Specialist is tasked with executing intricate pre-analytic, analytic, and post-analytic procedures within the laboratory, which encompasses specimen collection as well as testing. This role includes the responsibility for ensuring laboratory safety, performing precise data entry, and delivering training to fellow team members. Applicants should possess a minimum of two years of laboratory experience along with an Associate’s degree, or alternatively have four years of relevant experience. A high school diploma or GED is favored, and BLS certification may be necessary based on the specific location.
