Job Summary
The technician plays a crucial role in the upkeep and repair of electrical, instrumentation, and control systems specifically on high-speed sterile filling and packaging machinery. This position involves diligently documenting all maintenance tasks as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) regulations. Additionally, the technician will assist in setting up and transitioning equipment as necessary.
Responsibilities
- Conduct maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on high-speed sterile filling and packaging equipment.
- Document maintenance activities in line with SOP and cGMP requirements.
- Assist with the setup and changeover of equipment.
Qualifications
- A minimum of five years of experience in maintenance related to high-speed machinery and instrumentation.
- A high school diploma, preferably accompanied by a technical or trade school certification.
- Ability to interpret electrical schematics and proficiently use precision electronic testing instruments.
