The Tissue Procurement Coordinator plays a crucial role in the collection of tissues and corneas for transplantation, ensuring strict adherence to aseptic conditions. This position oversees the Recovery Suite, which encompasses tasks such as maintaining cleanliness, managing inventory, and collaborating with hospital personnel and donor families. Applicants should possess at least an associate degree in biological sciences or a related health field, along with a minimum of one year of pertinent experience. This position necessitates the ability to work on-call shifts, remain on their feet for long durations, and lift up to 75 pounds with support.
