The Field Service Technician plays a crucial role in autonomously diagnosing, fixing, and setting up high-speed cash-handling devices at different customer locations. Responsibilities include maintaining customer relations, monitoring parts inventory, and ensuring that all technical enhancements are executed in line with company protocols. Applicants should possess 3-5 years of experience in technical field service and have completed coursework in electro-mechanics or electrical engineering.
