The Floating Assistant Branch Manager aids the Branch Manager in managing the everyday operations of the branch and takes on leadership duties in their absence. This position emphasizes business growth, employee management, and the delivery of exceptional customer service across various branch sites. Applicants are required to have a minimum of two years of experience in the financial services sector, along with excellent communication and organizational abilities. A bachelor’s degree in business or finance is preferred. A valid driver’s license is necessary, and candidates must be able to secure MLO and Notary certifications.
