Job description
**Job Title: IT Support Associate**
The IT Support Associate is responsible for being the main point of contact for all IT-related support, overseeing help desk inquiries from the moment they are received until they are fully resolved. This role also includes performing on-site maintenance and setting up hardware across different branch locations. Applicants should possess an Associate’s degree in Computer Information Systems or have comparable experience, with a preference for candidates holding a CompTIA A+ certification. Excellent communication skills are essential, as is the willingness to travel throughout the Hudson Valley and Capital Region.
