Job description
The Advanced Practice Provider will be responsible for diagnosing medical conditions, prescribing pharmaceutical treatments, and conducting physical assessments to deliver comprehensive, patient-focused care. This role involves working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to oversee patient records and coordinate treatment strategies within a value-driven care framework. Applicants must possess an active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in Texas and have a pertinent Master’s degree. Additionally, a minimum of two years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting such as a physician’s office, clinic, or hospital is essential.
