The Advanced Practice Provider is responsible for diagnosing medical conditions, prescribing treatments, and conducting physical assessments to provide comprehensive, patient-focused care. This role includes working alongside interdisciplinary teams and ensuring precise documentation of patient information in the Electronic Health Record system. Applicants must have a valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in Texas and should bring a minimum of two years of clinical experience. A Master’s degree in Nursing or graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program is necessary, along with certification from a national board.
