Key responsibilities include overseeing workers at their job locations, educating them on daily living skills, and nurturing professional connections with employers. Candidates should be a minimum of 21 years old, hold a high school diploma or GED, and meet driving eligibility requirements in accordance with company guidelines. Additionally, applicants must successfully complete a criminal background investigation and participate in several essential training sessions, which include CPR, First Aid, and OSHA standards.
