**Job Coach**
The Job Coach delivers tailored employment assistance, encompassing job search strategies, job placement, and ongoing support for individuals with intellectual disabilities. Key responsibilities include overseeing workers at their job locations, educating them on daily living skills, and nurturing professional connections with employers. Candidates should be a minimum of 21 years old, hold a high school diploma or GED, and meet driving eligibility requirements in accordance with company guidelines. Additionally, applicants must successfully complete a criminal background investigation and participate in several essential training sessions, which include CPR, First Aid, and OSHA standards.
