**Job Title: Urgent Care Provider**
Deliver comprehensive patient care within an urgent care environment, which encompasses conducting physical assessments, establishing diagnoses, and formulating treatment plans. Ensure the meticulous maintenance of clinical records and engage in both occupational and telemedicine patient care responsibilities. Candidates must possess a valid, unrestricted Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license in the state, or have the capacity to secure one. Additionally, DEA certification is required, alongside the capacity to obtain DOT certification within 60 days of employment.
