**Hospice RN**
The Hospice RN conducts thorough assessments of patients and creates tailored care plans aimed at symptom management and comfort enhancement. This role involves providing expert nursing care, offering family education on self-care approaches, and collaborating with the clinical team to uphold the patients’ quality of life. Applicants must hold a valid Pennsylvania Registered Nurse license and have a minimum of one year’s experience in hospice, palliative, or geriatric care. Additionally, candidates should be skilled in using computer systems and EMR, and possess a valid driver’s license to travel to patients’ homes.
