This position is essential in facilitating a smooth loan application experience and ensuring members are well-informed.
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for residential loan inquiries.
- Assist members in navigating the loan application process.
- Provide detailed product guidance and information.
- Input loan applications accurately into the system.
- Issue necessary disclosures related to the loan applications.
- Refer purchase applications to Mortgage Loan Officers for further processing.
Qualifications
- Experience of three to five years in a related field.
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- Current and active registration with the National Mortgage Loan Service (NMLS).
