Job Summary
The Residential Loan Advisor serves as the primary point of contact for individuals seeking residential loan information, guiding members through application procedures and offering insights on products. This position is essential in facilitating a smooth loan application experience and ensuring members are well-informed.
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for residential loan inquiries.
- Assist members in navigating the loan application process.
- Provide detailed product guidance and information.
- Input loan applications accurately into the system.
- Issue necessary disclosures related to the loan applications.
- Refer purchase applications to Mortgage Loan Officers for further processing.
Qualifications
- Experience of three to five years in a related field.
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- Current and active registration with the National Mortgage Loan Service (NMLS).
