Applicants should possess over 15 years of experience in construction, with a minimum of 5 years dedicated to sheet metal fabrication, along with substantial leadership experience. Candidates must also demonstrate expertise in industry standards such as SMACNA, be familiar with construction software, and have the capability to interpret intricate mechanical drawings.
