Job Summary
The Clinical Nurse Manager is responsible for overseeing nursing staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care within a healthcare setting. This role involves managing nursing operations, supporting staff development, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to promote optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate nursing staff activities and schedules.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and adherence to best practices.
- Provide mentorship and training for nursing personnel.
- Monitor and improve the quality of patient care services.
- Select and implement evidence-based nursing procedures and policies.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop patient care plans.

Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in nursing leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of clinical nursing practices and regulatory standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple patient care priorities effectively.
