Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor patient health status continually.
- Administer medications and provide treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions and care plans.
- Document and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulations.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and uphold safety standards.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Previous nursing experience preferred, especially in a hospital or clinical setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic life support (BLS) certification; advanced certifications may be required.
