Job Summary
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) plays a crucial role in providing personal care to residents while assisting with various daily living activities. This includes aiding in mobility, tracking vital signs, and ensuring the comfort and well-being of residents within a healthcare setting.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct care and assistance to residents in daily living tasks.
- Support residents in their mobility needs.
- Monitor and document vital signs accurately.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
- Encourage and facilitate social interaction among residents.
Qualifications
- Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
- Valid CPR certification.
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility is preferred.
- Possess strong clinical assessment skills and a compassionate approach to care.
