Job Summary
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for directing and overseeing all maintenance activities, including scheduling work, ensuring preventive maintenance measures, optimizing equipment reliability, maintaining safety standards, and managing maintenance budgets. This role includes the management of capital projects and the coordination of contractors and vendors to ensure the operational efficiency of facility equipment.

Qualifications
- A minimum of five years of experience in maintenance, with at least three years in a supervisory role.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Proficiency in mechanical and basic electrical systems.
- Strong skills in prioritization and multitasking.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and experience with SAP or Oracle CMMS.
- Relevant degrees and maintenance certifications are highly regarded.
