Job Summary
The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for supervising the daily operations within a refrigerated warehouse, focusing on the installation, repair, and maintenance of various equipment. This role involves planning work schedules, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, and participating in budget and facility enhancement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the daily maintenance tasks within a refrigerated warehouse.
- Coordinate installation, repairs, and upkeep of warehouse equipment.
- Plan and organize work schedules for maintenance staff.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Work collaboratively on budget proposals and facility improvement projects.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse maintenance management.
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- Completion of all eight RETA courses and HAZMAT certification.
- Graduation from the Americold Certified Maintenance Manager program.
