Serve as the primary client advocate and contact for RTSM study applications, coordinating data uploads, UAT, go-live, sponsor communications, and ongoing client support. Develop training materials and deliver training, escalate and monitor system issues, participate in audits, and maintain client relationship health. A bachelor’s degree in life sciences, supply chain management, or information technology—or equivalent experience—is required, along with professional technical support experience and excellent communication skills. Clinical management experience is highly desired; supply chain and RTSM experience are advantageous.
