Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and setup of the operating room before surgical procedures.
- Maintain a sterile environment during surgeries to ensure patient safety.
- Support surgeons and the surgical team throughout various procedures.
- Participate in the training and orientation of new staff members.
Qualifications
- A strong commitment to patient safety and procedural efficiency in the operating room.
- Experience or training as a Surgical Technologist is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
