The LPN/Paramedic will conduct physical assessments and medical history evaluations to assess donor eligibility for plasmapheresis. Responsibilities also include advising donors, handling donor responses, and supporting laboratory operations and equipment functionality. Applicants must possess a valid LPN or Paramedic license in good standing, as well as current CPR and BLS certifications. A high school diploma or its equivalent is necessary, and the position requires physical capabilities such as lifting up to 50 pounds and remaining on their feet for prolonged durations.
