Job Summary
The IT Infrastructure Engineer plays a crucial role in supporting and enhancing the company’s infrastructure capabilities. This position is based in Greenville, South Carolina, and requires an onsite presence. The engineer will contribute to the management and administration of systems, focusing particularly on Azure platforms, while collaborating closely with cybersecurity teams to ensure the integrity and performance of IT systems.
Responsibilities
- Administer and support infrastructure on Azure, ensuring optimal system performance.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to enhance system security and integrity.
- Manage virtualization technologies including VMware and/or Hyper-V.
- Provide support for network services and AWS environments.
- Work to advance the overall capabilities of IT infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in managing and administering IT infrastructures.
- Expertise in Azure platform administration and cybersecurity practices.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V.
- Knowledge of network services and AWS solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform in a proactive manner.
