This role mandates that all construction tasks conform to established safety and quality regulations, in addition to facilitating system turnover and overseeing subcontractor submissions. Ideal candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree coupled with 2-5 years of pertinent experience or have 6-9 years of comparable work experience. Expertise in construction specifications, industry standards, and technical software applications is essential, along with the physical capability to conduct site inspections effectively.
