Job Summary
The Supplier Quality Specialist is responsible for developing quality procedures, supervising surveillance initiatives, and performing audits to guarantee adherence to project standards. This role also entails managing material requests, addressing technical quality challenges, and executing root cause analyses to minimize project risks.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality procedures for project compliance.
- Supervise and conduct surveillance activities to ensure quality standards are met.
- Perform audits to verify adherence to quality requirements.
- Manage requisitions for materials and supplies as required.
- Address and resolve technical quality-related issues.
- Conduct root cause analyses to identify issues and implement corrective actions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent international qualification.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in quality assurance or related field; or 6-9 years of applicable work experience.
- In-depth knowledge of supply chain, procurement, and logistics principles.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
