The Leasing Consultant oversees the entire leasing process, from conducting property tours to facilitating resident move-ins, all while prioritizing resident satisfaction and achieving occupancy targets. They work closely with their team to organize community events and keep informed about both the property and its competitors. Applicants should possess a minimum of one year of experience in sales, hospitality, or customer service. A bachelor’s degree is favored, along with skills in Microsoft Office and excellent communication abilities.
