Job Summary
The role involves managing and facilitating the nursing process for designated residents, ensuring that care aligns with their specific nursing and medical plans, relevant regulations, and established nursing standards. The individual will also provide administrative oversight to Certified Nursing Assistants and licensed nursing team members within the assigned facility.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the nursing process for residents based on individual care plans.
- Ensure compliance with nursing standards and regulatory requirements during care provision.
- Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants and other nursing staff in the facility.
- Implement best practices to enhance resident care and staff performance.
- Monitor patient outcomes and adjust care plans as necessary.
Qualifications
- Must be a graduate from an accredited nursing school.
- Possess a valid nursing license for the state of practice.
- Require a minimum of two years of nursing experience.
- Active LPN license is necessary for this position.
