Job Summary
The Medical Director plays a crucial role in overseeing clinical operations at both the Blackburn and RCP clinics. This position involves delivering direct patient care, while also managing and mentoring a team of qualified medical professionals. The Medical Director is tasked with establishing clinical benchmarks, overseeing staff performance, and ensuring the provision of exceptional, integrated healthcare services to at-risk populations.
Responsibilities
- Directly provide patient care at the clinics.
- Supervise and support a team of licensed medical providers.
- Establish and uphold clinical standards within the clinics.
- Manage the performance and development of clinical staff.
- Ensure high-quality healthcare delivery to vulnerable community members.
Qualifications
- A minimum of four years of experience in a community clinic environment.
- At least two years of leadership experience in a medical setting.
- Active medical licensure to practice in the state of Oregon.
- Possession of a valid DEA number.
- Ability to successfully complete background checks and drug screenings.
