Job description
As a support specialist, you will engage in direct, one-on-one interactions with children diagnosed with autism, executing tailored behavior intervention plans overseen by a BCBA. Your responsibilities will include instructing on social skills and communication, employing evidence-based strategies to minimize disruptive behaviors. Applicants should be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or GED, as well as the capability to successfully complete a background screening. Additionally, you should be able to lift up to 50 pounds and obtain certifications in CPR, First Aid, and Tuberculosis.
